Can I use Buildly without paying?
Yes. The free plan gives you 20 runs per day, access to all free tools, workspace, history, and API access. No credit card required.
What happens if I hit my daily limit?
You'll see a message that your limit has been reached. The counter resets at midnight UTC. Upgrade to Pro for 500 runs/day.
What are Pro-only tools?
Some developers mark their tools as Pro-only. These require an active Pro plan ($19/30 days) to use, but are included at no extra cost beyond your Pro pass.
How do paid per-run tools work?
Some tools have a price set by the developer (e.g. $0.25/run). When you click Run, you'll see the price and confirm before being charged. Payment is processed instantly via Stripe.
Do I need Pro to use paid tools?
No. Paid per-run tools are available to all signed-in users, regardless of plan. You just pay the per-run fee.
How do developers get paid?
Developers connect their Stripe account and receive 80% of every paid run directly. The remaining 20% is the platform fee. Payouts are handled by Stripe Connect.
Is there a cost to publish tools?
No. Developers can create and publish unlimited tools for free. You don't need a Pro subscription to build tools -- only to run Pro-only tools.
Does Pro auto-renew?
No. Pro is a one-time payment for 30 days of access. It expires automatically with no recurring charges. You can repurchase anytime.
